By Submitting this Offer form, I agree that my BUYER offer is valid. As well,  I agree that the Offer Amount, if accepted by SELLER, will be immediately available to complete the domain name transaction .

 

Once a domain offer is received, we will place the respective name ON HOLD for 72 hours pending negotiation. All offers are handled on a first submitted, first negotiated basis. Thus, if a name is currently in negotiation, we will notify the prospective buyer and HOLD period will begin only if previous negotiations end without sale. Upon a mutually accepted negotiated agreement, we shall email a bill of sale which is valid for buyer acceptance for 72 hours from the time emailed. 
Domain transfer begins immediately upon payment being received.  We will work with each prospective buyer to accommodate payment arrangements and/or escrow. We email all transfer details and options with the Bill of Sale and Owner change agreement. Thank you for your interest!
